Tara Watrous

Founder & Managing Partner

Tara Watrous is an education entrepreneur and strategic operator known for building programs that unlock the potential of next-generation leaders. At the University of Connecticut, she designed and launched transformative initiatives like Championship Labs and Stamford Startup Studio, redesigning entrepreneurial education to foster elite talent through real-world experience aligned with market needs.

Tara brings deep expertise in human capital, systems design, and founder-focused execution. She excels at translating big vision into real-world traction, forming intentional partnerships that accelerate growth and impact. She holds a Master’s in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.

David Noble

David Noble is a visionary leader renowned for blending education, entrepreneurship, and innovation into transformative outcomes. As the Founding Executive Director of the Peter J. Werth Institute at the University of Connecticut, David redefined entrepreneurial ecosystems by forging connections across academia, industry, and philanthropy.

He is the architect of the Network-Based Innovation Model, a framework designed to unlock value through underutilized social and institutional networks. With unparalleled expertise in mobilizing people, ideas, and capital, David has stewarded over $50M in transformative investments and built a reputation for designing systems that scale.

David holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Alabama, an M.B.A. from Elon University, a J.D. from the University of Miami, and a B.S. in Political Science from Northeastern University.
